You said you aim to be the cheapest in the market, how exactly does the pricing work?
If you have:
a) A single limited company
b) with a single bank account
c) you're not VAT registered
d) you have less than 40 transactions a month,
e) are happy with email support,
f) and you just need your annual accounts and corporation tax doing
…then the price is £395+VAT
You don't have to do any bookkeeping, you don't have to pay for additional software, but you will need to provide information (what info?).
If you have more than one bank account we normally charge an extra £150 per account, that includes company credit cards, loan accounts, crypto accounts etc. It's a good idea to talk this through with us as we might be able to bring that figure down it does depend on how you use those accounts and what type they are.
If you're VAT registered we normally charge £120+VAT to do each VAT return And the annual cost of the accounts goes up by £150+VAT if you need us to get you registered for VAT there is a one off charge of £75+VAT
If you need a personal self-assessment it’s £220+VAT per year.
If you need us to get you registered there is a one off charge of £75+VAT
If you need payroll it's £9.50+VAT per pay slip. If you need us to get your payroll setup there is a one off charge of £75+VAT
If you need us to do your confirmation statement it’s £70 + VAT per year, this includes the fees that have to be paid to Companies House.
Telephone support is available for either a fixed fee of £200+VAT per year or charged at £1.25+VAT per minute, if you're happy to use our email support there is no charge for simple queries, so long as you're paying for our other services. Complex queries will be chargeable, we will try and give you a fixed price at the time.
All those prices will go up a little every year with inflation.
Also we assume that the company is registered at an address where you receive the post in a timely manner.
