How do I get started?
1. Complete the contact form or send an email to enquiries@quickfireaccounts.com Make sure you include a phone number that we can contact you on.
2. We’ll call back, gather a little more information about your business, confirm the price and talk you through our processes.
3. If you decide to go ahead we’ll send you an email which includes a list of the information we need. It will include things like bank statements (in a csv file format), and access codes so that we can submit your accounts and corporation tax return. We have to comply with UK money laundering legal requirements so we also have to ask for a copy of your passport or driving licence.
4. We’ll also send a link so that you can sign up for our direct debit.
5. Once we’ve received the information and the direct debit is in place we’ll prepare your accounts and corporation tax return and email them to you. This normally takes less than 3 days so long as we’ve got everything.
6. We’ll also tell you how to pay HMRC if you do owe them tax.
7. We’ll also send an invoice and trigger the direct debit payment. Once payment is received we’ll file your accounts with Companies House and submit your corporation tax return to HMRC. We can do it quicker if there is an urgent deadline, but payment needs to be received before we can submit the accounts and tax return.
